Gracie, Musketeer's main trainer, told me that she and Musketeer had been out with another dog and another trainer, and that trainer happens to be a diabetic.

While they were out, Musketeer started alerting the diabetic trainer.  The diabetic trainer told Gracie that his blood sugar levels were fine, Musketeer was most likely just wanting a treat.  Gracie reminded the other trainer that Musketeer is really good at his job and the guy should test. 

Sure enough, the trainer's blood sugar level was going where it shouldn't be and Musketeer had alerted correctly.
